Could it have been (in reality, or just for the show) over one of these Vile Vortices? These two theories could support each other. Amelia Earhart, of course, mysteriously disappeared. One of the theories about Amelia, a woman at Juliet's book club, is that she is Amelia Earhart (or her daughter, born on the island). The map they included looks like our vortex of choice.
The vile vortices plus#
The game has been looking into the Sunda trench and lists some missing ships including the Black Rock.Ī Brazilian fan group has thrown the numbers from an in game email plus some coordinate information around and pegs the island as being in the Fiji area. It would explain alot like Naomi's helicopters instruments going crazy once she saw the island (remember also Flight 815's instruments acted up before the crash).- ConnerXcountry57 18:13, (PDT) This is the most interesting theory I have heard yet.

I propose creating a section above external links called "Other possibilities" and putting the bear and antarctic listening station cites there.with a note saying see talk page. Besides, having vehicles survive a vortex trip is one thing, but unprotected creatures, and ones that will not survive in a tropical environment very long, I think is stretching it just a bit too far.
